Rogue Co-founder and CEO Jon Beam steps into industry group’s VP position.
Rogue Space Systems Corporation is proud to announce that its new CEO Jon Beam has been elected as Vice President of the independent global aerospace industry trade organization CONFERS. CONFERS, the independent global trade association fostering the satellite servicing industry. CONFERS leads in the development of international industry standards and engages with global governmental legislative and regulatory bodies on policies and oversight of satellite servicing activities. These activities contribute toward a sustainable, safe, and diverse space economy, which are also high values for Rogue Space Systems Corporation. CONFERS is the premier industry group defining the in-space servicing, assembly, and manufacturing (ISAM) industry internationally. CONFERS and Rogue are both also partnered with COSMIC, a US-based consortium of NASA, other US government agencies, and industry leaders also promoting ISAM.
Jon’s role in CONFERS is a small part of Rogue’s “coming of age” as one of the leading innovators in the ISAM industry. According to Jon, “Since Rogue’s roadmap involves almost every aspect of the satellite servicing and in-space logistics market, we are uniquely situated to help provide leadership and vision to this nascent industry”.
