Recently, Rogue Space’s CEO and Founder Jeromy Grimmett, was invited by the Granite State’s Small Business Administration to share his perspective on how Federal and State funds can help accelerate business growth in New Hampshire. Jeromy joined a panel of other entrepreneurs and founders who are stepping up to build the future of New Hampshire.
The panel of Founders was hosted at Geophysical Survey Systems in Nashua, NH and had members of the Small Business Administration, Department of Business and Economic Affairs for NH, and Senator Jeanne Shaheen’s office. And here are the two main nuggets of wisdom and wealth that the experts shared:
- STEP (State Trade Expansion Program) grants of up to $8,000.00 (starting in 2023) are available to small businesses in NH that export goods and services
- STEP grants can be strategically used to allow Founders to attend the critical conferences they need to be at to meet future customers and help establish themselves as players in their unique business verticals
- Many Small Businesses that do business abroad do not realize they qualify for these funds
What are STEP Grants and how can you best use them to grow your business? Visit the New Hampshire Department of Business and Economic Affairs website to learn more. Feel free to drop some time on Rogue’s calendar here to reserve some one-on-one team to learn not only how Rogue has benefited from STEP grants, but also how Rogue was able to win $2.75M in STTR federal grants to help grow Rogue Space.
