Space Innovators Wanted
We're building autonomous spacecraft that will define the next era of in-space operations. Join a team where your work reaches orbit.
What Drives Us
These aren't wall art — they're how we make decisions, hire, and build.
Focus on Legacy
We build for permanence. Every decision considers the long-term impact on the space industry and the world we leave behind.
Ideas Above Self
The best idea wins, regardless of who contributes it. We prioritize mission success over personal credit.
Driven
We push boundaries relentlessly. Obstacles are opportunities to innovate, not reasons to stop.
Humble Compassion
We lead with empathy and stay grounded. Arrogance has no place on a team solving hard problems together.
Seekers of Truth
We follow data, not assumptions. Intellectual honesty and rigorous analysis guide every engineering and business decision.
Build What Matters
At Rogue, you won't work on incremental improvements to existing products. You'll design, build, and fly spacecraft that solve problems no one else is tackling — from hosting third-party payloads in orbit to providing last-mile logistics for the emerging space economy.
Our team operates with startup speed and mission-critical discipline. Every engineer, operator, and business lead has a direct line from their desk to the spacecraft we put in orbit. If you want to see your work launch — literally — this is the place.
Perks & Benefits
We take care of our team so they can focus on the mission.
Medical Insurance
Comprehensive medical coverage for employees and their families with multiple plan options.
Dental & Vision
Full dental and vision insurance plans to keep your whole health covered.
401(k) Plan
Company-matched 401(k) retirement savings plan to build your financial future.
Unlimited PTO
Flexible time off so you can recharge and bring your best to mission-critical work.
Equity Compensation
Stock options that give every team member ownership in the future we are building.
Professional Development
Conference attendance, continuing education, and skills training to grow your career.
Relocation Assistance
Support for relocating to Laconia, NH — close to the mountains, lakes, and our spacecraft.
What It's Like to Go Rogue
“Working at Rogue means your code flies in space. There's nothing like watching the spacecraft you helped build perform a maneuver in orbit. The pace is fast, the problems are real, and the team is exceptional.”
